我们对评估板进行了建模,并在在线模拟器中为第4代sic mosfet准备了双脉冲测试环境。 可以通过模拟评估基于工作电压、栅极驱动电路、缓冲电路常数等的开关波形,并有助于减少实机评估的工时以及用于对寄生电感器的效果评估等。
